We strive to provide the best for our customers and we will work hard to make sure you are happy with the product (s) you purchase.  Please contact us right away if you have any concerns and we will do our best to resolve any issues for you!  

However, we understand that at times, things don't always end up how you envisioned them.  Due to the general purpose that most of our products are purchased for, usually being a one day event, we unfortunately can't offer refunds. However, we do offer an exchange of any similar item within the same price or higher value.  Please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your item to request an exchange.  Once we are notified, please be sure to return the item back to us in it's unworn condition within 10 business days.  Once receiving your item for exchange, we will issue you a store credit.
